George Patsio brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience to his role as Managing Partner, with a background spanning real estate, staffing, and franchising that gives him a broad perspective on building successful organizations. Under his leadership, the company has grown through strategic acquisitions, including Robert Paul Properties, and through the recruitment of top agents and staff, expanding its presence across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. That experience shapes the way he leads today: with a steady hand, a clear vision, and a genuine investment in the success of everyone at the company. His leadership also extends beyond the company, contributing to strategic planning and advisory efforts across the broader Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

Mayur Raichura brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience in residential real estate to his role as CFO of Commonwealth and Robert Paul Properties. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations through major mergers and acquisitions, built financial systems and reporting structures to support growth, and developed strategies focused on long-term profitability. Mayur provides the financial insight and discipline that help guide business decisions, strengthen operations, and position both companies for continued, sustainable growth. He has also brought that same discipline to the company’s financial infrastructure and budgeting processes, applying sharp financial analysis to guide decisions on cost management and resource allocation, while continuing to support the company’s growth through mergers, acquisitions, and recruiting.

Jenny Munroe brings more than 25 years of experience building the people and operational infrastructure behind growing organizations. Since joining the company in 2011, she has developed systems, policies, and operational frameworks that have carried the brokerage through significant growth, acquisitions, and its expansion from one brand to two. She has shaped a culture that supports agents and staff at every level, while also leading the operational systems and processes that keep the organization running efficiently as it grows. Today, she leads the teams that support agents and staff across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and also leads the company’s fundraising efforts for the Sunshine Kids Foundation, helping raise more than $1 million since 2018 and ranking Commonwealth third in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global network for the cause.

We support local charities as well as our company's main charity, the Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Sunshine Kids Foundation helps pediatric cancer patients by providing positive group activities and emotional support. Over the years, our team has had the opportunity to meet several of the Sunshine Kids and join them on local trips. The overwhelming gratitude they feel for both the Sunshine Kids Foundation and its supporters is inspirational. In addition to our company and office level fundraisers, several of our agents donate a portion of their commission to the Sunshine Kids Foundation with each transaction they close.
