I bring my accumulated knowledge of real estate experience; not only the process of selling and buying, both of which can be complicated and confusing, but also marketing your property and negotiating a successful deal. When selling I provide up to date information, to include your home's value, how it compares with current active listings; and what you should expect when we list your home. I will only recommend a repair or upgrade to your property to increase its value if it will provide a return on your investment. At my cost I provide the services of an interior designer and photographer to prepare your home, as first impressions are important. I appreciate every client who has provided me with the opportunity to assist them.
