A native of Concord, MA, Jovan brings an MIT undergraduate degree and an NYU Stern MBA in marketing to his real estate practice, combining the analytical fluency to build a cash flow model and walk a client through the numbers with the instinct for understanding what clients actually want, often uncovering properties they wouldn't have found on their own. With over 10 years of experience as an agent and investor, he works with buyers and sellers across Boston and MetroWest, with a specialty in corporate relocations, guiding clients who are new to the area through the nuances of one of the country's most complex housing markets. As an active landlord, short-term rental operator, and property manager, Jovan also brings an owner-operator's perspective to bear on the full range of investment property considerations — renovation costs, landlord-tenant dynamics, and the realities of day-to-day ownership. Outside of work, Jovan is an 8-time marathoner and a devoted husband and father of two.
