I bring over two decades of real estate experience to the Regional Manager role, starting my career in 2003 and working across both the Boston and New York markets. As a former luxury agent, coach and brokerage leader, I have operated in high-stakes environments while also coaching and growing agents across multiple offices. My focus has always been on helping agents build real businesses through stronger positioning, consistent execution, and increased production. In addition to my brokerage experience, I have worked as a private banker and wealth advisor, advising high-net-worth clients on complex real estate and investment decisions. Combined with my Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development, this gives me a more strategic lens on how agents can elevate their business, win higher-value clients, and create long-term success. I work closely with agents who are serious about growth and am always open to connecting with those looking to operate at a higher level.
