About
A lifelong resident of Belmont, I graduated from Belmont High School in 1969, am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Class of 1975, and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970-1972. I have been selling Real Estate in Belmont and its surrounding communities for the past 40+ years. I am a longtime member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. My wife, Susan is also a graduate of Belmont High School (yes, we were high school sweethearts) and together we have four children and three grandchildren.
Use my experience to your advantage.
Buying your first home is a huge decision and one that merits real research and a trusted partner. That’s where I can guide you.
While you may not buy homes often or maybe even ever, keep in mind I do this every day. I can walk you through the process, provide the most accurate numbers and talk through what they mean. And, most importantly, I can offer real-world insight and advice based on years of local-market experience. That level of knowledge will leave you 100% confident in your decision to buy.
