Kim grew up in Wellesley and has lived in several Metrowest communities including Dover, Sherborn and South Natick. Since childhood she has had a keen interest in real estate and loved to go to work with her father, a local builder, watching him build houses and ride on all his equipment!
Her career began as a CPA so pricing and comparative analysis is a natural passion and competency. She ran her own successful executive search firm for over 25 years mastering matching her client’s needs with the ideal candidate. All of these skills helped with a seamless transition into real estate.
Her business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit allows her to embrace challenges and execute a smooth process while being responsive, thorough, calm and understanding. She has built great relationships with other agents and trade specialists in Metrowest .
Kim has her Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation and Second-Home Property Specialist Designation helping her navigate client’s needs.
