A full time agent since 2009 Chris Ball has represented both sellers and buyers in the Somerville/Cambridge/Medford real estate market. She brings her personal experiences as a home owner, renovator, and rental property investor, as well as her professional experiences with buyers, sellers, developers and condo converters to enable her clients to understand the market and empower them to make the best decisions for their unique circumstances.

Chris also brings unique perspectives to her clients’ experiences. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psych, she values empowering her clients' with knowledge. With an obsession for HGTV and organization, Chris also enjoys consulting with sellers on how to show their home in the best light. With 3 kids, 2 dogs and a husband who once coached 8 basketball teams simultaneously, Chris knows the importance of adaptability, multi-tasking, and dogged determination to bring about desired outcomes.
