About
I've been immersed in the Somerville/Cambridge/Medford real estate market since 1997 and I use all facets of that experience to my clients’ advantage. With over 25 years of experience in sales, brokerage management, agent training, real estate investment and development, when you need results, you only need to Call Ball. I have deep roots in the local real estate and business communities: Founder of COMMONWEALTH Real Estate Academy, serving as instructor to more than 300 future agents; Co-host of "Talking Real Estate" on WXKS am 1430; Featured speaker for the Harvard University Undergraduate Real Estate Club and for the CENTURY 21 Leadership Conference's seminar on Mergers and Acquisitions. A member of the Cambridge and Somerville Chambers of Commerce, I'm also a proud Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Somerville. My other interests include his family, sports, health, and growing semi-tropical plants in Boston's challenging climate.
