I worked listing and buying in all areas of Real Estate, across most of Eastern Mass: Residential, Multi-Families, Raw Land, and Commercial Leasing and Sales. I have the designation of Accredited Buyer Agent from the National Association of Real Estate. Only 2 % of the Agents in the USA have this Buyer Agent accreditation.

I can communicate in any technology you wish. In fact, all paperwork, including contract signatures, can be done thru Docusign on line. But, being old school, face to face and telephone also works and provides the personal touch that I enjoy.
