As a lifelong resident of Needham, I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process for over twenty-five years. During that time I've has seen property values rise and fall, mortgage rates climb and then go back down and the process evolve with the introduction of technology. With all these changes however, the basics never change. It's all about the relationships. A successful career in real estate is built upon trust and much of my business comes from referrals. I have several clients with whom I've worked to buy and sell homes three or four times over.\r\nIn these fluctuating market conditions, it is important to work with an agent who has handled many transactions and negotiated the sale of houses, condominiums, and land.
