Get to Know Lester.

Lester E Savage Real Estate was founded in 1963 by Lester and Nancy Savage. At the time, Lester Sr. had been working as a real estate broker in Lexington for 10 years, earning a reputation for honesty, knowledge, and hustle. In 1983, I (Lester E. Savage III) joined the firm and have enjoyed building on the success of my parents while also maintaining a strong, independent reputation within the community. In 2019, I merged my business into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate. This change has allowed me to expand the services I can offer, increase the time I have to spend with my clients, and expand my reach in the marketplace.

My sales philosophy has remained the same through the years: Provide in-depth knowledge and experience of the marketplace for our clients so that they can make independent, fully informed decisions when buying, selling, or leasing property. This way, the client feels comfortable throughout the process of buying and/or selling. We avoid pushy behavior, instead presenting the consumer with all available options and letting them make the decision that suits them best.

Throughout the years, I’ve remained highly competitive in this busy market because of my local knowledge, significant involvement within the community, and my efforts to go above and beyond for my clients. My goal is to provide you with exceptionally high-quality service in a no-pressure atmosphere that is on par with the care that I would personally hope to receive.

Lester Savage is a life-long resident of his beloved town of Lexington. After a wanderlust journey to Alaska to become a fisherman, he spent several years in Ennis, Montana, home of the best trout fishing in the U.S. While in Ennis, Les trained as an apprentice electrician and misguidedly attempted riding bucking broncos. One dislocated shoulder (from said broncos) and several cold winters later, Les returned to Lexington and entered his family’s realestate business, which his father and mother started in 1963.
