We will discuss the offer process, what is expected from you, what to expect from your seller, what kind of deposits you will need, and when you will need them. We will do a deep dive into home inspections, mortgage contingencies, purchase and sale, timing of all of this, and when you can expect to close and move in!

I am going to oversee a team of real estate professionals to represent you. With over 21 years in Real Estate, my network includes lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, Real Estate attorneys, movers, contractors, painters, handypersons, landscapers. etc. - you name it! I'll make sure you are fully protected.

Let’s get you preapproved - Regardless of your when, getting preapproved is so very helpful in terms of learning what your monthly payments look like and how that translates to purchase price. What programs, rates, and lenders work best for you and your situation. You never know when your dream home will pop on the market, and you want to be prepared!

The Home Search (the most fun part!!) Now, it’s time to look at properties. There are many places to find new listings; however, I will also set you up directly in our MLS so you can receive new listings in real-time as they hit the market. I will schedule private showings for just us (depending on showing instructions) or we can attend an open house. Either way, we will work together to identify the right property for you!

I found my dream home. Now what?? Since we've reviewed the offer process in detail, you can now make a fully educated decision on how to move forward. We will work together to compile the strongest offer possible & present to the sellers why we are the offer to select!

Once your offer is accepted, Maggi works behind the scenes for you! While you are working on providing what the lender requires for the loan, I'll be managing the whole process. Home inspection responses, purchase and sale negotiations, appraisals, title searches, mortgage contingency dates, and any unexpected items that come up along the way. I'll take care of all of that so you can focus on your new home. This process takes about 6 weeks or so.

Welcome Home!! We will do a final walk-through, head over to the closing table, and once we are recorded at the registry of deeds, I'll hand over the keys…All you will have to do is move in!
