Town of Dover

Dover is located in Norfolk County, about forty minutes from downtown Boston. It is bordered by Medfield, Needham, Natick, Sherborn, Walpole and Westwood.  As a predominantly residential town, it provides a peaceful rural setting with many scenic roads. The residents of Dover strongly support the protection and acquisition of open space to maintain the country-like-feel. There are miles of shady trails and woods for walking, cross-country skiing, birding, and horseback riding, as well as access to the Charles River

Town of Needham

The Town of Needham is located on rocky uplands within a loop of the Charles River in the eastern section of Norfolk County, Massachusetts, bordered by Wellesley on the west and northwest, Newton on the north and northeast, the West Roxbury section of Boston on the east, Dedham on the southeast and south, and Westwood and Dover on the south. Needham is 10 miles southwest of Boston, 29 miles east of Worcester, and about 208 miles from New York City. Total Area is 12.75 square miles.  

Norwood, Massachusetts
The earliest European settlers of what eventually became the Town of Norwood arrived from Dedham in the late 17th century. The attraction was the swift moving Neponset River in present day South Norwood near the East Walpole line. The Neponset River was to become the driving force for the Town's development throughout the next two centuries. Attracted by the rise of new industry, various foreign-born people moved into the Town and the population increased to over 12,600. The influx and assimilation of immigrants has placed Norwood among the most culturally diverse towns of its size and type in New England. Industrial development continued in Norwood through the mid-20th century. After World War II a gradual shift to high tech occurred in Norwood. Major corporations have found Norwood's proximity to Boston and access to major east coast population centers to be attractive for business. The Town is now considered one of the more important manufacturing, suburban-residential, and wholesale and retail trade centers south of Boston.

Town of Dedham
Dedham is an historic suburban industrial town on the principal southern corridor of metropolitan Boston, and 
is the site of the earliest surviving framed house in New England, the handsome 1737 Fairbanks House.  The 10.7  
square mile community received its grant as a town from the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1636, placing it among 
the oldest communities in the state.
