As a long time resident of Sherborn, MA, I have extensive experience and knowledge about the surrounding towns and communities that comprise the MetroWest real estate market. I have an intimate knowledge of the local real estate for towns such as Sherborn, Dover, Medfield, Natick, Wellesley, Needham, etc., and have had extensive experience with the various town boards that regulate building, zoning, private septic systems and private wells. These regulations can have a large impact on a home's use and value. They are also essential for a buyer to understand before making a large financial commitment.
I obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from a Big 10 college in the MidWest. Upon receiving my post-graduate degree, I spent many years in both the mental health field and corporate world honing my professional skills. This marriage of clinical and business acumen served as a natural platform from which to launch my real estate career. Selling real estate demands that an agent be first, and foremost, a professional able to navigate the various regulations inherent in a real estate transaction. However, it also demands that a realtor communicate clearly and effectively, as well as serve as part coach and part advocate for what can be an emotionally laden process.
My Goal as a Real Estate professional is to provide the highest level of service to my clients. I have chosen to make Sherborn my home due to the quality of life and highly ranked school school system this region provides. If you're thinking of buying or selling a home in the Massachusetts MetroWest area, call me, Audrey Raycroft, to help make your real estate dreams a reality.
I welcome the opportunity to represent you in the sale or purchase of your home and am happy to share client references.
