My Goal as a Real Estate professional is to make a living by providing the highest level of service for my clients.
Prior to enterring real estate, I was as a software development engineer, managing projects to completion. The purchase and/or sale of your home is a major event and I combine my 20 years of management experience, 15 years of teaching experience and many decades of personnel experience in addition to my real estate experience to make that event be as enjoyable and progress as smoothly as possible for you. As an American Born Chinese, English is my first language but I do speak Mandarin Chinese fluently.
Deciding which house to buy is a personal decision and therefore your job. Negotiating a sale so that it can close and engaging all the stakeholders and managing a transaction so that it will close, is my job.
One of the reasons I attribute to having been three times elected as an Alderman in Newton is my commitment to facilitating clear communication. It is important to provide an array of information regarding all of your Real Estate needs. My website has a wide selection of online tools which can be used to provide you with the most current Real Estate information. I am here to help you every step of the way. You can count on me.
I know my business.
I can make things happen.
