As sales manager of the Cambridge and Somerville offices of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, my responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching the local market's best real estate sales team. One of my favorite parts of the job is helping new associates get started in the business. Speaking of getting started in real estate, it was 1997 when I experienced a panic attack from a cubicle in the middle of a promising but boring technology career. Since that time, I became a top-producing sales associate with CENTURY 21 Benoit, I co-founded a startup with my partner Patricia Ng at CENTURY 21 Legacy, and am now a co-founder and sales manager of the Cambridge and Somerville offices of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth.
I also established our COMMONWEALTH Real Estate Academy, and have served as instructor to more than 300 students since 2006. My teaching style has been most influenced by Socrates and Jamie Foxx, and I still maintain a perfect record of never having a student fall asleep in class. Since 1999, I have hosted numerous local Real Estate Seminars, and was co-host of "Talking Real Estate" on WXKS am 1430. I've also been a featured speaker for the Harvard University Undergraduate Real Estate Club and for the CENTURY 21 Leadership Conference's seminar on Mergers and Acquisitions. A member of the Cambridge and Somerville Chambers of Commerce, I am a proud Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Somerville. |
